We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to join our team and lead our Agile transformation initiatives. The Agile Coach will be responsible for guiding and mentoring teams across the organization in adopting Agile principles and practices. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess the Agile maturity of teams and develop tailored coaching plans to enhance their effectiveness.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Mentor and coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members on Agile roles, responsibilities, and practices.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate teams on Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging teams to experiment, learn from failures, and innovate.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment and support for Agile initiatives throughout the organization.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder team performance and Agile adoption.
- Monitor team performance metrics, provide insights, and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove obstacles and address issues or conflicts that impede the development team's progress or productivity.
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and team members to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and project requirements.
- Utilize Project Management Tools, such as JIRA and Confluence, to support project management and collaboration.

Support and guide the team in adopting agile engineering practices, including test-driven development and automated testing.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Agile environments with at least 2 years in a coaching or mentoring role.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and methodologies.
- Relevant Agile coaching certifications (e.g., ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, CTC, CSM, PMI-ACP) are highly desirable.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adaptable to changing situations.
- Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps) is a plus.
- Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across various teams and functions.
