Below is scope of work

**GEM Portal Management**
- Handling end-to-end operations on the GEM portal.
- Regularly updating company profile, product listings, pricing, and certifications.
- Uploading and managing product/service catalogues as per GEM guidelines.
- Managing bidding, reverse bidding, and participation in tenders.

**Tender & Bid Management**
- Searching for relevant tenders, bids, and inquiries daily.
- Preparing quotations, technical documents, compliance sheets, and submitting them within deadlines.
- Coordinating with internal departments for documentation and approvals.
- Follow-up on bid status and participating in negotiations if required.

**Order Processing & Documentation**
- Managing purchase orders (POs), uploading invoices, and dispatch details.
- Ensuring timely order processing and fulfillment on the portal.
- Maintaining proper documentation for audit and compliance.

**Payment & Transaction Handling**
- Tracking payments, transaction status, and ensuring timely payment realization.
- Handling GEM-related financial reconciliation and reports.

**Vendor Assessment & Product Approvals**
- Managing vendor assessment process, catalog approvals, and category addition requests.
- Coordinating with GEM support teams for issue resolution, if required.

**Compliance & Reporting**
- Ensuring compliance with GEM policies, terms & conditions.
- Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports of GEM activities, order status, bid participation, and payment updates for management.

**Communication & Coordination**
- Acting as the single point of contact for all GEM-related activities.
- Coordinating with government buyers for clarifications, negotiations, and queries.

Pay: ₹10,025.83 - ₹34,622.39 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
