Customer Care Executive

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales, customer satisfaction, and store profitability.
- Lead, train, and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products.
- Oversee visual merchandising, ensuring the store is attractive, organized, and aligned with our brand image.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, including architects and interior designers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and analyze reports on sales performance, inventory, and other key metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and events.
- Manage and oversee the financial aspects of the store, including budgeting and expense control.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role, preferably in home furnishings or interior solutions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Knowledge of interior design trends and products is an advantage.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
