**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to understand trends, user preferences, and competitor analysis in the online dating industry.
- Design and execute surveys to collect feedback from current and potential users of the dating app.
- Analyse survey data and identify key insights and trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the product team to prioritise feature enhancements and improvements based on user feedback.
- Assist in the creation of user personas and journey maps to better understand the needs and behaviours of different user segments.
- Stay updated on industry news, emerging technologies, and best practices in user research and survey methodologies.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate findings and insights clearly.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
- Proficiency in survey design and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, SPSS, Excel).
- Passion for understanding user behavior and improving user experiences in the online dating space.
