**Job Role**: Political Research Intern

**Location**: Noida

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct literature reviews and data analysis.
- Analyze policies and contribute to briefs.
- Draft reports and assist in presentations.
- Stay updated on political developments.
- Understanding the Electioneering and Politics of India
- Provide regular reports on field activities, voter contacts and campaign progress.
- Build relationships with local community leaders, organizations and influencers.
- Attend community events to represent the campaign and establish a positive presence.
- Analyzing data, voter demographics and campaign metrics may be part of the role.
- Convey campaign messages, engage with the community and articulate the goals of the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Hands on experience in secondary research
- Good Political Acumen
- Comes from the academic background of Sociology/Political Science/Public Policy or a related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and research tools.
