Role Overview

As a Public Policy Intern, you will collaborate closely with The Reppro's Public Policy team to support ongoing research, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
Upon successful completion of the internship, outstanding interns may be offered a permanent position as Junior Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct secondary and primary research on current policy issues, relevant regulations, and government programs.
  • Support the drafting and editing of policy briefs, reports, and communication materials.
  • Assist in stakeholder mapping and relationship management, including government liaison and public engagement.
  • Compile and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable policy insights.
  • Participate in internal meetings, document discussions, prepare minutes, and track project progress.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to contribute to client deliverables and strategic initiatives.

Candidate Profile

  • Current student or recent graduate in Public Policy, Law, Economics, Political Science, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail and clarity.
  • Research-oriented, with the ability to interpret policy documents and identify key trends.
  • Shows clear interest in public policy, governance, or the education and skills development sectors.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with online research tools.
