**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet user needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes and solutions.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results to achieve the best possible user experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio of design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Experience in designing for both web and mobile platforms.
- Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
