The PR Executive will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive public relations strategy to enhance the company's brand image, build strong media relationships, and communicate key messages effectively. This role involves planning, implementing, and measuring PR campaigns while aligning with business goals. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle high-pressure situations. 1. Public Relations Strategy & Planning - Develop and implement PR plans in alignment with the company's business objectives. - Conduct situation analysis and research industry trends to enhance PR strategies. 2. Media Relations & Communication - Build and maintain relationships with media houses, journalists, and influencers. - Draft and distribute press releases, articles, and media pitches. - Organize press conferences, media briefings, and interviews. 3. Brand Messaging & Content Creation - Develop key messages that align with the company’s brand and objectives. - Write compelling content for press releases, blogs, social media, and internal communications. - Ensure consistency of messaging across all PR and marketing materials. 4. Event Management & Public Engagement - Plan and execute corporate events, press meets, and sponsorship initiatives, - Collaborate with internal teams to promote brand events and campaigns. - Represent the company in public forums and industry events. Crisis Management & Reputation Building - Develop crisis communication plans and handle negative publicity effectively. - Monitor public perception and implement strategies to maintain a positive image. 6. Digital PR & Social Media Management - Identify digital media opportunities and collaborate with social media teams. - Utilize online platforms, blogs, and influencers to amplify brand visibility. 7. Coordination with Sales Team - Execute excellent brand presence at Exhibitions 8. Coordination with HR team - for employee focused and organisation specific activities 7. Budgeting & Performance Tracking - Prepare PR budgets and track expenses. - Measure the effectiveness of PR campaigns using media coverage reports and audience reach metrics. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift - Morning shift Work Location: In person
