**Overview**:As a Sales Executive at Flipkart, you will be an integral part of our dynamic sales team, contributing to the growth and success of our business. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves a combination of strategic thinking, effective communication, and a results-driven approach.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**:Identify and target potential clients on Flipkart's platform.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
**Sales Strategy Development**:Contribute to the development of sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Work closely with the sales team to implement effective sales plans.
**Product Knowledge and Presentation**:Stay updated on the features and benefits of products/services offered on Flipkart.
Conduct product presentations to clients, highlighting key selling points and addressing client queries.
Provide product knowledge training to clients and internal teams as needed.
**Order Processing and Fulfillment**:Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
Monitor and track the status of orders to provide timely updates to clients.
Address and resolve any issues related to order processing and delivery.
**Sales Reporting and Analysis**:Prepare regular sales reports, analyzing performance against targets.
Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data to improve overall performance.
Utilize data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in e-commerce or related industries.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Flipkart.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
