We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as an Amazon and Flipkart Order Processing Executive. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of orders on online marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart. Your attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and commitment to customer satisfaction will contribute to the overall success of our e-commerce operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process and fulfill orders received through Amazon and Flipkart platforms promptly and accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure products are in stock and available for fulfillment.
- Update and maintain product listings, pricing, and product information on Amazon and Flipkart.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status, shipping information, and product inquiries.
- Handle customer service inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders, shipping, and returns.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to arrange timely and efficient shipping and delivery of orders.
- Maintain accurate records of order processing, inventory levels, and customer interactions.
- Stay updated with marketplace policies, trends, and best practices to optimize our presence on Amazon and Flipkart.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in order processing, e-commerce, or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues professionally.
- Flexibility and adaptability to evolving e-commerce trends and platform updates.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or related fields is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
