**You will report to Automation Engineer, Financial Analytics**

**Role Overview**:
The Anaplan CoE guides the adoption, user support and growth of Connected Planning to help EA achieve its strategic goals through efficient planning, analysis and decision support.

This position is for a passionate Connected Planning Administrator to support the support/maintenance of our connected planning systems that are used across the finance organisation, and the increasing expansion of these systems into upstream operational forecasting (e.g. for Resource Management).

**Responsibilities**:
**User management and system administration**:

- Manage user accounts -permissions, role assignments, security
- Updating settings and workflows
- Initiative management and updates
- Run main system processes - scenario locks

**Data quality and health**:

- Basic checks on data quality
- Liaise with data owners and user community where issues or troubleshooting

**User communications**:

- Communications on model refreshes, data flows, downtime, issues and resolution
- End-to-end issue monitoring and messaging to user community
- Back up for L1 support activities (e.g. to cover PTOs)

**Troubleshoot and testing**:

- Support us with initial assessment of issues and miscellaneous testing of fixes
- Basic troubleshooting (support L1 SMEs involved in user support) and escalations/raising IT tickets

Documentation and training support
- You will develop documentation and onboarding material for EA’s Connected planning systems
- Be a SME for Anaplan and provide user support, training and knowledge sharing to users.

EA's next great Connected Planning Analyst needs to have:
**Educational**
- Bachelor's degree with a preference for Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or Accounting
- Extra considerations for Graduate degrees
- 3+ years' experience in finance, accounting or business analytics supporting a technology organisation.

**Technical**
- You are experienced with Business Intelligence and visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau, VBA, SQL.
- Expertise in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
- You shoudshould have experience with Anaplan
- Data modelling and analytics

**Other**:

- Comfortable building analysis based off data from multiple sources.
- Comfortable tackling vague projects, resolving them in imaginative and practical ways.
- With a rigorous process for review of accuracy.
- Excellent oral / written that enable to all levels of the organisation.
