**Job Title: Trainee System Admin**

**Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad.**

**Job Type: Permanent**

**Responsibilities**:
- work on L1 tickets on ticketing System.
- Setup desktop computers and peripherals and test network connections.
- Test computers to ensure proper functioning of computer systems.
- Train end users on usage of computer hardware and software.
- ** Experience with**:

- Desktop & Laptop Hardware.
- Windows 7, 8, 10, 11.
- Application Software’s like MS Office, Internet Explorers, Adobe etc.
- Configuring LAN/Wifi Network.

**Communication**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Educational & Experience**:

- A bachelor's degree preferably in information technology, networking, or any other related field.
- 0 - 6 months of working Experience as a Desktop Engineer.
- ITIL v3 certification/experience/Knowledge preferred.

**Job Duties**:

- Work on L1 tickets on the ticketing System.
- Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network, and server management.
- Set up desktop computers and peripherals and test network connections.
- Test computers to ensure the proper functioning of computer systems.
- Train end users on the usage of computer hardware and software.
- Develop and manage effective professional working relationships with contractor personnel, co-workers, and clients.
- Adhere to policies as per corporate manuals and directives.
- Extend computer support for systems’ software and hardware.
- Interact with staff on desktop problems and their resolution.
- Network Configuration.
- Maintain computer peripheral devices like printers and resolve associated problems.
