We're in it together to make life better for each other, our customers, our partners, and our communities.Specifically, the Trainee- System Admin will :Monitoring of the customer’s Azure infrastructure.Monitoring and handling incidents and tickets (Break-fix, Request, Change Requests).Attending customer calls.Support the team in day-to-day operations.Should be comfortable working rotational shifts.Qualification:B. E /B. Tech/ B. Sc. in Computer Science and ITMin 60% in 10th and 12th and min 65% or 6.5 CGPA in B.E/B. Tech till 6th semesterNo current backlogsA degree in Cloud Computing will be preferred but not required.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Basic knowledge of Operating systems.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure and its related technologies.
