Experience : 1 to 2 years in plastic or polymer industry

**Job Description**:
1) Identifying and allocating material needed after approval of work order. Raising request
for material requirement if unavailable.
2) Planning of production along with material allocation for CNC and conventional
machines in advance to avoid downtime or idle time. Find root cause for any deviation in
the same.
3) Supervising worker efficiency and working on ways to improve work ethic among staff
and increasing their efficiency. Finding root cause for low efficiency and finding a
solution for the same.
4) Improving productivity of existing machines by working on tooling, cycle time, etc.
5) Know-how of making jigs and fixtures for typical components.
6) Vendor development and management.
7) Labor management to avoid wastage of manpower.
8) Should be able to operate Laser Marking machine in a safe manner.
9) Maintaining shop floor cleanliness and safety.
10) Maintaining necessary documentation.
11) Basic knowledge of production planning & Reports
12) Maintaining necessary documentation as per ISO standards
13) shift handover
14) Coordinating with Design and Quality department from time to time for smooth
functioning of the facility.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
