**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative **Social Media Marketing Executive** to join our team. You will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content, developing strategies to grow social presence, and analyzing performance across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute monthly content calendars tailored to each client's brand voice.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos).
- Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to develop impactful creatives.
- Monitor and manage social media accounts, ensuring timely responses and interactions.
- Analyze engagement data, identify trends, and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Run social media ad campaigns (boosting, targeting, budgeting).
- Stay updated with platform trends, reels/music trends, and algorithm changes.
- Support campaign launches, influencer tie-ups (if applicable), and contest ideas.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in handling social media (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of social platforms and content formats.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools and performance metrics.
- A creative mindset with a pulse on viral content trends.
