Interior Design Estimator

**Primary Role**: To accurately estimate the costs associated with interior design projects, including materials, labor, and other expenses, ensuring that projects stay within budget.
- **Cost Analysis**:

- Evaluate design plans and specifications to determine cost estimates.
- Research and obtain quotes for materials, furnishings, and finishes.
- Assess labor costs and subcontractor fees.
- **Budget Preparation**:

- Develop detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects.
- Monitor and update cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with interior designers to understand design intent and project scope.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to gather accurate pricing information.
- Review and analyze bid proposals and negotiate with vendors as needed.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of cost estimates, quotes, and project changes.
- Prepare and submit reports on cost estimates and budget status.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
- Knowledge of interior design materials and finishes.
- Communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cost calculations.

**Experience and Education**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.
- 1 years of experience in cost estimation within the interior design industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
