**Job Description: Quantity Surveyor (Interior Works)**

Position Overview:
A Quantity Surveyor specializing in Interior Works plays a crucial role in the construction and renovation projects by managing costs and ensuring the financial efficiency of the interior design and fit-out processes. They are responsible for accurately estimating and controlling project expenses, conducting cost analysis, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to achieve project objectives within budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cost Estimation: quotation preparation
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior design and fit-out projects based on the provided architectural drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
- Utilize quantity take-offs and pricing databases to accurately forecast material, labor, and other associated costs.
- Budget Management:

- Quotation preparation
- Tendering and Procurement:

- Assist in the tendering process by preparing tender documents, analysing bids, and making recommendations for subcontractor and supplier selection.
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favourable terms and pricing agreements and subcontractor billing

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma degree
- Proven experience in commercial interior project coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
