**Key Responsibilities of a Customer Relationship Executive**:
**Customer Engagement and Retention**
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Ensure customers are satisfied with the company’s products or services.
- Develop strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.

**Customer Support and Conflict Resolution**

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Serve as a point of contact to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Communication and Feedback**
- Act as a liaison between the company and its customers.
- Regularly communicate with customers to provide updates, offers, and insights.
- Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**
- Use customer data to analyze trends and behaviors.
- Create detailed reports on customer interactions, preferences, and feedback.

**Collaboration**
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align customer strategies.
- Participate in developing campaigns to enhance customer experience.

**Customer Onboarding**
- Guide new customers through onboarding processes.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong communication.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.

- Technical Skills
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, internet research)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
