Min 1 - 2 years experience as career counsellor

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

Skills Required:

- Relevant certification in career counseling is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of various career assessment tools and counseling techniques.
- Familiarity with current trends in education, employment, and industry sectors.
- Ability to adapt to diverse client needs and cultural backgrounds.

Profile Responsibilities:

- **Individual Assessment**:

- Conduct one-on-one sessions with clients to assess their skills, interests, values, and personality traits.
- Utilize standardized career assessment tools to gather information and provide comprehensive evaluations.
- **Career Exploration**:

- Guide individuals in exploring various career options based on their assessments and preferences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, job market demands, and educational pathways to provide relevant information.
- **Educational Planning**:

- Assist clients in identifying suitable educational and training programs based on their career goals.
- Provide information on academic requirements, admission processes, and available financial aid.
- **Resume and Interview Preparation**:

- Offer guidance on creating effective resumes, cover letters, and portfolios.
- Conduct mock interviews to help clients develop strong interview skills.
- **Job Search Strategies**:

- Develop personalized job search plans with clients, including networking strategies and online job search techniques.
- Provide resources and tools to enhance job-seeking effectiveness.
- **Career Development Workshops**:

- Organize and conduct workshops on various career-related topics, such as resume writing, job interviewing, and career planning.
- **Stay Informed**:

- Keep abreast of current labor market trends, industry developments, and changes in educational requirements.
- Attend professional development opportunities to enhance counseling skills.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and assessments.
- Generate reports on client progress and program outcomes.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with educational institutions, employers, and community organizations to expand resources and opportunities for clients.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
