**Responsibilities**:

- Providing support to clients, help with current issues;
- Registration of information in the database;
- Interaction with internal departments on different levels regarding specific projects.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent knowledge of Bengali language;
- Expertise in specific language both in speech and writing;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
