**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all products are packed neatly and securely to prevent any damage during transit.
- Perform quality checks on items before packaging.
- Label and seal packages correctly as per order requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area.
- Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to meet daily packaging and dispatch targets.
- Report any damaged or missing inventory immediately.
- Follow company guidelines for product presentation and branding.
- Maintain records of packaged products and packaging materials.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in packaging, warehousing, or logistics preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Physically fit to handle the movement and lifting of packages.
- Basic understanding of product labelling and shipping documentation.
- Proficiency in using **computers (PC/Laptop)** and basic software like MS Excel, Word, and web browsers
