Job Summary:
As a Hardware Material Packing executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient packaging of hardware materials for distribution and shipment. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to quality will contribute to maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Packaging Preparation: Prepare hardware materials for packaging by inspecting them for quality, verifying quantities, and selecting appropriate packaging materials such as boxes, bags, or containers.
Accurate Labeling: Affix accurate labels, barcodes, and product information on packaged items, ensuring correct identification and tracking throughout the supply chain.
Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections to ensure that each packaged item meets quality standards, is free from defects, and is properly sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Inventory Management: Maintain an organized inventory of packaging materials, including boxes, tapes, labels, and other supplies. Replenish stock as needed to avoid interruptions in the packaging process.
Collaboration: Coordinate with the warehouse team to receive information about incoming orders, specific packaging requirements, and any special handling instructions.
Efficient Packing: Optimize space utilization and minimize waste while packing hardware materials, ensuring that products are secured to prevent shifting or breakage during transportation.
Documentation: Keep accurate records of packed items, quantities, and packaging materials used. Update packaging logs or databases to provide clear tracking information.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating packing equipment and handling materials. Follow all relevant regulations and standards related to packaging, labeling, and shipping.
Team Communication: Communicate any discrepancies, shortages, or issues with packaging materials or products to supervisors or relevant team members promptly.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in packaging or warehouse operations preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to read and understand packing instructions and product specifications.
Basic math skills for quantity verification and measuring packaging dimensions.
Familiarity with packaging equipment (e.g., tape dispensers, box cutters) is a plus.
Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move packages for extended periods.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of safety guidelines and regulations related to packaging materials and equipment.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
