**About the Position**:
Boule is searching for a talented digital designer to create content that develops the company's brand, aesthetic, and marketing strategy, including social media graphics, website banners, and promotional artwork.

**Responsibilities**:
As our digital designer, your responsibilities will include designing, creating, and optimizing digital assets for a wide range of platforms, including website, social media, display advertising, events. You will be responsible of the layout of commercial, scientific, and technical marketing content and it’s archive as well.

**You will**:

- collaborate with other marketing team members to define requirements, iterate on design solutions, and contribute expertise for various digital products
- Participate in design discussions and give feedback during planning and strategy meetings.
- Ensure consistency in designs and content across all company platforms.
- Ensure that all designs align with the brand image.
- Reviewing product positioning and online marketing content to identify room for improvement.
- Quickly translate ideas into sketches, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Test assets and optimize based on their performance.
- Iterate new designs based on user feedback.
- Create digital assets (static, video, and HTML) for a range of platforms (website, social, display advertising, print, etc.).
- Create website assets from hero design to web animations.
- Create and execute concepts for digital advertising.
- Research industry trends to present ideas and concepts for timely digital innovation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in digital design, graphic design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a professional digital design role.
- A portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase experience and creativity.
- Solid knowledge of design software programs, such as Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects.
- A team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills.
- Experience working in a collaborative and remote team environment.
