**Job Description: Sustainability Consultant (SaaS Product Sales)**

**Position Overview**

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for individuals with 0-2 years of experience in sales, particularly within the SaaS domain with a good understanding of sustainability aspects of a business, who are eager to drive sales and contribute to our company's rapid growth. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing sales deals to help expand our customer base and market presence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Market Analysis**:

- Stay abreast of market trends and product knowledge to effectively articulate the value proposition to clients.
- Understand the competitive landscape and market trends.
- **Sales and Lead Generation**:

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.
- **Product Demonstration and Client Interaction**:

- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Set up meetings with potential clients, listen to their wishes and concerns, and present our SaaS product effectively.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- **Deal Closure and Management**:

- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- **Sales Strategy and Reporting**:

- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
- Develop a sales strategy aimed at achieving set targets and revenues.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or technology-related fields.
- Good understanding of sustainability practices in an organisation.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Hubspot).
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner with a passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
