**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, design, qualitative and quantitative research studies, gathering insight, insight, insight, behaviors, preferences, and pain points within the e-commerce platform.
- Utilize a variety of research methods including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics analysis to uncover user needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze research findings and distill key insights to inform product strategy, design decisions, and feature prioritization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research insights into actionable recommendations and design solutions that enhance the user experience.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to effectively communicate research findings and user needs to stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the e-commerce platform through user feedback, usability testing, and data analysis, and iterate on designs to optimize the user experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree inHuman-Computer Interaction(HCI), Psychology, Sociology, Information Science, or related field.
- Proven experience conducting user research in the e-commerce domain, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in a variety of research methods and tools including usability testing, surveys, interviews, and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and extractaction able insights.
- Excellent communication and collaborationskills, with the ability to effectively convey research findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with agile development methodologies and cross-functional teams.

Mode - Remote

Contract - Initial contract shall be 3 months.

Experience - 3 to 5 years experience mandatory.
