**WORK EXPERIENCE**

3 or more years of proven UX research experience, with a focus on service industry tech/design.

- Must have proficiency in the basic research methods like usability testing, interviews, surveys and field study)
- Must have empathy as it’s crucial to interpret findings in the context of users' experiences.
- Must have an analytical mind-set.

- Proficient in all research-related tasks, including planning, evaluation, and iteration.

- Excellent time-management skills.

**Qualifications**: Bachelors or MS in in a human behavior-related field (HCI, Psychology, Social Science, Information Science, etc.) or equivalent demonstrable work experience.

**Salary**: ₹422,793.22 - ₹1,445,201.84 per year
