**Female with min 4 years of managing Coordinator/ Secretarial & Admin Acitivities from Mumbai only**
**Job Responsiblities:
- **
- **Manage daily administrative operations of an office ensuring smooth & efficient workflow**:
- **Scheduling meetings, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements & maintaining calendars for key clients and meetings**:
- Keeping track of all records, files, documents both physical and digital
- **Part of any events/ exhibitions organised in Mumbai which is 2-3 times in a year**:
- **Taking care of basic administration like office supplies, petty cash etc**:
- **Strong Organizational & Management Skills**:
- **Well spoken and written English Communication skills**:
- Problem Solving & decision making
- Ability to work Independently or as a Team on projects
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
