**Requirements**:
**Job Title** - **SME Accounts and Finance**

**Work Location - Pune ( Hybrid )
**Budget - 30Lpa
**Experience - 4-8years**

**Education - MBA / B.Com /M.Com**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Ensure all transactions of business are systematically and timely recorded in the system and

ensure reconciliation of all inter-co transactions /balances.
- Accounting for all activities for Closing -Month End / Quarter end / Year End. Thorough scrutiny

of all GLs to ensure all Accruals / provisions are made in the system periodically.
- Ensure timely preparation of financial statements - P&L, Segmental MIS, Balance sheet, Cash

flows etc periodically with necessary disclosures and notes to financials under local GAAP of the

respective entity as well as IFRS.
- Audit support and co-ordination with statutory auditors of standalone entities as well as group

auditors.
- Supporting Automation of accounting and reporting process.
- Complying with group level accounting & reporting instructions, internal controls and local

accounting standards, Tax & Legal related adherence.
- Ability to ensure ongoing scrutiny of the accounts, general ledger, compilation of P & L account

and balance sheet.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting teams for a region or a set of entities

across different regions - Payables / Receivables / Fixed Assets / General Ledger.
