This role is located in Pune, at our plant at Sanaswadi Nagar Road The General Manager Finance and Accounts will be responsible for overseeing financial statements, managing accounting processes, ensuring the implementation of internal controls, and developing financial strategies. working capital management, fund raising, customer/ vendor financial descipline Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing financial data, preparing reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, and working closely with other departments to support financial decision-making and profitable growth of company.QualificationsProficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial StatementsStrong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret financial dataComprehensive knowledge of Finance and Accounting principlesExperience in implementing and maintaining Internal ControlsExcellent leadership and team management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsmasters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CA or Cost Accounting is a plusExperience in the manufacturing or hydraulics industry is a plusProficiency in financial software and toolsStrong grip on ERP and its utilisation, business process automation
