**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement digital advertising strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
- Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns to achieve specific KPIs and ROI targets.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor and analyze ad performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize campaigns.
- A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and ad copy to maximize click-through and conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and share insights with the marketing team.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns, including Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter Ads.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising strategies and trends.
- Experience with advertising analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Ability to work as part of a team, but also independently with mínimal supervision.
- Experience with e-commerce advertising is a plus.
- Google AdWords and Analytics certification is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
