Roles and Responsibilities
- Strong Troubleshooting skills related to Storage.
- High level of problem determination and analysis skills
- Experience with technical project execution.
- Ability to work on project alone or as part of a team and a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of Cloud environment
- Experience in client/Server and enterprise environments.
- ITIL Certified or a Strong working knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem and change Management disciplines.
- Knowledge and troubleshooting experience on Backup and storage Environment.
- Knowledge on SAN - EMC, HDS, HP, NetApp, IBM, Pure Storage.
- Knowledge on NAS - NetApp, Synology, Netgear, D - Link, Brickstor.
- Knowledge on Fabric - Cisco, Dell Barcode
- Technical Support (including installation, upgrades, and configuration), plan and perform system administration on Storages, SAN Switch.
- Strong knowledge on consult, design & architect high availability Storage and troubleshooting skills.
- In-depth experience in performance tuning, design/plan critical migrations of storage and Fabric.
- Developing configuration & best practice guides for Storage products.
- Managing announcements on vulnerability and bug fixes.
- Knowledge of handing enterprise storage and backup systems
- Experience on Tape management.
- Knowledge of SAN and NAS and experience in volume provisioning, snapshot, and protection group creation in Pure storage
- Experience in filesystem and volumes creation, quota, user access, export policy management in NetApp
- Experience in LIF creation and management, handing NetApp cluster networking.
- Hands-on experience in managing Cisco SAN switches or other SAN switches.
- Guide operations teams during escalations & experience in vendor management for support cases.
- Experience in storage and backup capacity management, reporting on the asset utilization and inventor, managing M&S
- Knowledge on Virtualization technologies like VMware, Nutanix and Citrix Xen Server, TCP/IP Networking Technologies

Knowledge and Skill Requirement
Relevant technical experience in corporate IT operations in Data Center Environment
Good hands-on experience in managing SAN, NAS and Fabric.
Provide a professional, prompt and high level of technical support to all problems assigned.
Has managed technical teams for specialized area.
Strong planning and organizing capabilities.
Always driving for continuous improvement across domains
Good Storage troubleshooting concepts.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
Willing to work in 24x7 supports Environment.
Understanding of Windows and Unix/Linux Operating System.
Good Knowledge of ITIL processes and implementation
