Providing L1/L2 support for the EMC and SAN Storage..
- Provide Support / Configuration and administration of Enterprise level DELL
- EMC Storage - VMAX /PMAX8000/SANSWITCHES/ROUTERS
- Local and remote replication setups in DELL EMC VMAX/PMAX.
- Perform daily health checks on all Storage frames and SAN Switches as per customer policy
- Provide support to SAN switch activities.
- Coordinating and Troubleshooting Storage /Switches related issues
- Coordinate with Dell Team for Storage Allocations and reclamations.
- Coordinate for planning and configuration of Symmetrix remote replication
- solution SRDF/S and SRDF/A
- Coordinate with OEM for hardware failure issues
- Experience in administration of mid range EMC storage Product Clariion and VNX
- Coordinate with OEM/Customer for Lun Creation, allocations and reclamations
- Coordinate for snap shot Activities
- Coordinate for Storage provisioning using SYMCLI
- Coordinate with OEM for Installation and trouble shooting of Brocade SAN switches
- Co-ordination with OEM for Firmware upgrades for Storage systems.
- Perform Health checklist of all the devices.
- Monitoring the health reports of Storage and scheduled daily Reports from Unisphere and cloudIQ.
- Checking of capacity Utilization at DC & DR through CloudIQ on daily basis.
- Daily-checks of Remote Connection health status through CloudIQ.
- Monitoring of SAN Switches CPU and Memory Utilization through GUI - /SANnav)
- Checking Brocade Switch Ports Status on daily basis using GUI/ SanNav
- Daily health checks of Host WWPN Logged in Status from multi-path connection point of view via SANnav. - Follow up for pending SRs with DELL support team
- Provide support for SFP replacements if any SFP is found faulty.
- Coordination for Zonings and Auto-provisioning.
- Creation of SRDF groups with respective DGs.
- Reclamation of Devices.
- Deletion of SRDF groups with respective DGs.
- Decommission of IG,PG,SG and MV.
- Zone removal and Zone decommission.
- Host cable removal from SAN Switches on decommission.

**Technical Skill**:

- Comprehensive knowledge of storage infrastructure, storage environment and SAN environment
- In-depth knowledge of Symmetrix Management Console (SMC)
- Knowledge on Redhat Linux Administration

**Behavioural Skills**:

- Systematic approach towards executing the tasks and also should be process oriented. Time management to handle project and Good communication skills are mandatory.
- **Technical Certification**: Certification in Storage Administration domain will be added advantage

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
