Working knowledge on Lenovo V3700 storage arrays and Lenovo switches 8. Working experience on performing storage arrays Firmware upgrades on XtremIO VNX and Unity arrays 9. Working Experience on SAN switch firmware upgrades and array migrations 10. Experience on EMC ESRS preparing capacity planning reports and Storage Metrics. Candidate should be ready to work 24x7. Candidate should ready to do On-Call. Good on ITIL / Process skills. Good on ticketing tools ( Service Now ) Fluent in communication skills verbal & written.
