**Job Title: IT Recruiter**

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT staffing needs and job requirements and Experience into Gulf countries (International Requirements).

Source and attract IT professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to making job offers.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter.

Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to assess technical skills and experience effectively.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.

Strong organization and time management skills.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Experience 3+ years

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
