As an "Ecommerce Executive", the Employee must perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities professionally. **For Marketplace Optimization** - Maintaining product records and updating our e-commerce website. - Working on the Seller Central of Amazon, Flipkart, Pepperfry, Etsy, and other marketplaces. - Create product listings on sites like Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal, Pepperfry, and other marketplaces, as well as our social media pages. - Catalog Management/ Vendor Management - Holding on Account management, Data analysis, Online Business Strategy, Marketing Research, Online Business Growth, and competitive analysis. - Regularly review competitive websites in terms of the product range. - Coordinate with people at online portals and Account Managers for deals & promotions. - Processing the Order daily. - Working on the admin panel of our website. **For Marketing** - Handling Customer queries and doing timely follow-ups with customers. - Collecting the Data of customers who visit the store or place an online order with us. - Coordinating with India Mart leads and driving them to close the sales. - Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department. - Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients. - Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained. - Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may interest clients. - Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices. - Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes. - Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant. - Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Resourceful, with outstanding research skills - Creating a Sales enhancement strategy **Job Type**: Full-time **Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month **Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher **Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift - Morning shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Noida - 201302, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - E-commerce: 1 year (preferred)
