**What’s the role**

As Business Performance & Portfolio Advisor, you will be the key link between tracking business performance and managing the services portfolio within Customer Solutions. Your role ensures that financial and operational targets are met, processes run smoothly, and the service catalog stays aligned with global and regional strategies.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Track monthly and annual targets, OPEX, and KPIs
- Prepare Monthly Business Review content
- Investigate and resolve OTC issues (AP/AR, credits/debits)
- Create, track, and manage SKUs for service products
- Maintain and refresh the Offer Book
- Act as focal for PLM cycles
- Support annual planning cycles (roadmaps, MYPs)
- Serve as PMO for Product Prism/Pyramid
- Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Customer Operations
- Support supply chain activities (inventory, troubleshooting)

**What you bring**
- Strong financial acumen and experience in business and financial planning.
- Proven ability to manage KPIs, reporting, and analytics.
- Hands-on experience with PLM processes and OTC cycles.
- Proficiency in GSAP, HANNA, Arriba, PriceFX, and financial reporting tools (e.g., Falcon).
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Knowledge of supply chain operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and commercial acumen.
