**Job Title: Market Executive**-**ERP**

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive **Field Executive** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for **representing the company on the ground,** engaging directly with customers, clients, and stakeholders to drive sales, market penetration, and customer satisfaction. You will play a vital role in building relationships, gathering market insights, and ensuring the successful implementation of business strategies at the field level.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement & Relationship Management**: Act as the primary point of contact for clients in the field. Build strong relationships, address inquiries, and provide personalized solutions to meet customer needs.
- **Sales & Business Development**: Support the sales team by driving new customer acquisition, following up on leads, and promoting products/services. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company’s customer base.
- **Market Visits**: Conduct regular site visits to meet clients, prospects, and partners. Ensure that clients are satisfied with services or products and identify new business opportunities.
- **Promotions & Marketing**: Assist in executing local marketing campaigns, promotions, and events. Collect customer feedback on promotional activities to refine strategies and improve engagement.
- **Product Demonstrations & Presentations**: Provide in-field product demonstrations and presentations to customers, showcasing the features, benefits, and advantages of the company’s offerings.
- **Market Intelligence**: Gather market and competitor information during field visits. Provide insights to management regarding customer preferences, industry trends, and potential areas for growth.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of field visits, sales activities, customer feedback, and other relevant information. Submit regular reports to management on sales progress, market conditions, and customer interactions.
- **Compliance & Documentation**: Ensure all customer interactions and sales activities comply with company policies and regulations. Maintain proper documentation of agreements, orders, and contracts.
- **Customer Support**: Provide after-sales support, address customer issues or complaints, and resolve them promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to share field-level insights, resolve customer issues, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns or projects.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: 0-6 Months.

**Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
- Sales-driven with a focus on achieving targets and generating results.
- Ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals in the field.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts or visits.

**Other**:

- **Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Must have).**:

- Willingness to travel regularly within the designated region or territory.
- Flexible and adaptable to work in varying field conditions.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
