Job Description: ERP Functional Executive (Odoo ERP)

**Position**: ERP Functional Executive
**Department**: IT/ERP
**Location**: Faridabad/Nehru Place
**Experience**: 2-5 years in ERP systems (preferably Odoo)
**Educational Qualification**:

- MBA in Information Systems/Operations or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or related field

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Odoo ERP Implementation & Maintenance**:

- Customize and configure Odoo modules to align with business requirements.
- Ensure seamless implementation of new Odoo modules and updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within the Odoo system.
- **Process Analysis & Optimization**:

- Analyze existing workflows and recommend enhancements using Odoo.
- Collaborate with departments to align Odoo functionalities with business needs.
- **Data Management & Reporting**:

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Odoo modules.
- Generate custom reports using Odoo’s reporting tools for strategic decision-making.
- **User Training & Support**:

- Conduct training sessions for employees to maximize Odoo utilization.
- Provide ongoing functional and technical support for Odoo users.
- **Integration & Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the IT team to ensure integration of Odoo with other software.
- Liaise with departments such as Sales, Finance, Inventory, and HR for system improvements.
- **System Upgrades & Enhancements**:

- Stay updated with Odoo’s latest features and developments.
- Coordinate system upgrades with mínimal operational disruptions.
- **Documentation**:

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including workflows, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- In-depth knowledge of Odoo ERP modules (e.g., Sales, Inventory, HR, Accounting).
- Strong understanding of trading and wholesale business operations.
- Proficiency in Odoo Studio, workflows, and basic customization.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to align Odoo with business objectives.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure timely delivery.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with Odoo implementation and configuration in retail or wholesale.
- Knowledge of basic Python scripting for Odoo customization.
- Familiarity with database management tools and SQL.
- Understanding of fabric and trading industry processes (added advantage).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
