Job Title: ERP Operator

Department: Operations

Reports To: Department Head

Location: Ghitorni, Delhi

Job Summary:
The ERP Operator is responsible for the smooth functioning of daily operations within the company’s ERP system. This includes timely and accurate data entry, transaction processing, generating reports, and supporting different departments such as inventory, purchase, sales, accounts, and production. The ERP Operator ensures that all ERP data reflects real-time business activities and supports business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
1. ERP Data Entry & Transaction Handling
- Perform day-to-day entries in various ERP modules.
- Create, update, and close transactions such as purchase orders, sales invoices, stock movements, etc.
- Ensure real-time updates and integrity of master and transactional data.

2. Reporting & Documentation
- Generate and share required operational and management reports.

3. Cross-Departmental Coordination
- Collaborate with departments such as Accounts, Stores, Sales, and Procurement to ensure accurate and timely ERP entries.
- Provide ERP-related support to department users.

4. Vendor & Customer Master Maintenance
- Create and update vendor/customer master records with necessary compliance information (GSTIN, PAN, payment terms, etc.).

5. Monitoring & Issue Resolution
- Report any system errors or discrepancies to the IT/ERP support team.

6. Compliance & Process Adherence
- Follow organizational SOPs and internal audit requirements for data handling and processing.
- Ensure data security and proper access control.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Commerce, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Tally, Oracle, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).

**Preferred Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in ERP operations or data entry roles.
- Experience in industries like Construction, manufacturing, logistics, trading, or retail is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
