As IT & ERP Manager-ERP, you will be at the forefront of managing and optimizing our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems & end to end IT trouble shooting & Admin requirement of the Head Office. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our ERP & LMS systems align with business objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and provide valuable insights. This role demands a blend of technical acumen, project management skills, and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and support of ERP systems.

Collaborate with department heads to identify and address ERP-related needs.

Manage ERP & LMS system upgrades, patches, and customizations.

Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP system.

Develop and enforce best practices and standards for ERP usage.

Lead and train a team of IT professionals in ERP application support.

Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues promptly.

Analyze ERP system performance and recommend improvements.

Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers for Admin requirements.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience in managing ERP systems and IT projects.

Strong understanding of ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions.

Strong project management capabilities.
