**Responsibilities**

**User Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Analyze user feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement.

**Information Architecture**:

- Develop information architecture and user flows to create seamless and intuitive user experiences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize features and functionalities.

**Wireframing and Prototyping**:

- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing results.

**Visual Design**:

- Design visually stunning and consistent user interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure the implementation of designs.

**Usability Testing**:

- Plan and conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and gather valuable insights.
- Use test results to refine and improve the user experience.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- 1 - 2 years of experience working with UI/UX design.
- Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- Strong understanding of design principles, user-centred design, and agile methodologies.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Graphic Design, HCI, or a related discipline is preferred.
