We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Retail Sales & Marketing Representatives for marketing and sells to join our team. In these roles, **you will be responsible for**:
**1. Market Research**: Understanding market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

**2. Sales Targets**: Meeting or exceeding sales targets by promoting and selling Personal Care Products to retailers.

**3. Customer Relationships**: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.

**4. Product Knowledge**: Having in-depth knowledge of the Products being sold, including their features and benefits.

**5. Promotions**: Organizing and participating in promotional activities to boost product sales.

**6. Reporting**: Generating sales reports and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:
**1.** Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

**2. Proven experience in field marketing or a similar role.**

**3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.**

**4.** **Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**

**5.** **Willingness to travel and work in the field.**
