**Summary of job content**:
Act as technical expert with extended technical know-how and pro-active approach within after sales and services.

**Evaluation Line**: ITI or BE (Mech)

**Experience**: DME / BE / B.Tech - Mechanical with minimum of 6-8 years’ experience in manufacturing, servicing of Heat Exchanger / Pressure Vessels Manufacturing Industry,

process technology equipment / graphite equipment / PTFE lined equipment.

**Roles Key Accountabilities in % Skills**:

- Heat exchanger assembly
- Heat exchanger repairs
- Knowledge of Installation and commissioning of heat exchangers/pressure vessels
- Basic sales and service process

**Ready to travel to customer for onsite work as and when needed.**

**1. Provide practical hands-on solutions to customer on-site for installation, commissioning, repairs, trouble shoot, spare parts for graphite heat exchangers (Block type, S&T type, plate Hx), HCL Synthesis units, graphite columns, PTFE equipment’s etc**

2. Trouble shoot at site on performance issues.

3. Acts as P& S expert towards customer; ensure pro-active communication and sales for P& S.

4. Develop customer relationship; collect data and information from customer.

5. Coordinate and collaborate internally with Sales and Operations for organizing services/spare parts/repairs.

6. Collaborate with Sales to build relationship with customer.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
