Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Technician located in Pune. The Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various automation and surveillance systems, troubleshooting technical issues, conducting field service visits, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires hands-on involvement in ensuring all installed systems are functioning optimally and addressing any issues that arise.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Maintenance & Repair
  • Skills in Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving
  • Field Service expertise
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Ability to manage and perform routine Maintenance tasks
  • Familiarity with CCTV systems, door access controls, and home automation solutions is a plus
  • Technical certification or diploma in electronics, electrical, or related fields preferred
