Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Training Technician. The Training Technician will be responsible for delivering technical training programs, troubleshooting technical issues, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring effective communication between teams. The role involves preparing training materials, conducting training sessions, and assessing the effectiveness of training programs to meet the company's operational standards.
