Are you a strong communicator with a passion for customer service? Join our growing team in Jaipur as an **International Customer Support Executive**, where you'll support global clients through **voice** or **non-voice** processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately understand and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in every interaction
- Follow standard operating procedures and company guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams for escalations and issue resolutions
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Excellent communication skills in **spoken and written English**:

- Strong interpersonal skills with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (including weekends, if required)
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Education**:Undergraduates and Graduates** from any stream are welcome
- Location: Must be willing to **relocate to Jaipur** (relocation support provided)
