**Role: Customer Support Executive**

(Voice & Non-Voice Process - International)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **international customer queries** through calls & chat
- Provide quick and effective resolutions
- Log and track customer interactions
- Work in **rotational shifts** (including night shifts)
- Maintain quality and service standards

**Who Can Apply**:

- Must have **excellent English communication** (spoken & written)

- Comfortable with **night & rotational shifts**
