**Job Summary**:
The Hospital Administrator is responsible for managing overall hospital operations, ensuring smooth functioning of clinical and non-clinical services, and maintaining high standards of patient care, safety, and compliance. The role involves strategic planning, resource management, and coordination between departments to achieve organizational goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Operations Management**:
- Oversee day-to-day hospital administration and services.
- Ensure smooth coordination between medical, nursing, and support departments.
- Monitor patient admission, discharge, billing, and support services.
- **Human Resource & Staff Management**:
- Supervise non-clinical staff and support recruitment, training, and performance appraisals.
- Implement HR policies and handle grievance redressal.
- Ensure adequate staffing and duty rosters.
- **Patient Care & Experience**:
- Ensure high standards of patient satisfaction and grievance handling.
- Implement patient feedback mechanisms and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support doctors and nurses in delivering patient-centric services.
- **Finance & Budgeting**:
- Assist in hospital budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
- Monitor billing processes and financial reporting.
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- **Compliance & Quality**:
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and accreditation standards (NABH/JCI).
- Maintain legal and statutory compliance for hospital operations.
- Coordinate hospital audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives.
- **Infrastructure & Resource Management**:
- Oversee hospital facilities, housekeeping, security, and maintenance.
- Ensure availability and upkeep of equipment, supplies, and utilities.
- Implement safety and infection control measures.
- **Strategic Planning & Development**:
- Contribute to hospital growth strategies and service expansion.
- Support new projects, process improvements, and technology adoption.
- Build relationships with vendors, insurance companies, and external agencies.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in hospital administration or healthcare management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare laws, and accreditation standards.
- Ability to manage multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
