Office Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
**All tender related work - Online & offline submissions/ documentation**

*Purchase - costing & chemical indent of KREPL & Agro

*Local purchase - chemical, machines & equipments

*Purchase orders - issuance & preparation

*Daily & Monthly chemical consumption tracking

*Maintaining records of invoices and local purchases

Administration

*Issuing, purchasing & keeping records of branch and employee assets

*Purchase & issuance all stationary requisistions - SOR Books/ Contract agreement books,

*Printing: Blue print leaflets

*Service monitoring & escalation handling

*Initiating corporate client contracts: Vendor registration, execution of services, Invoicing & publishing MIS

**Legal Documentation - Authorization letters, Power of attorneys, commercial licences, PPQ & other relavant documents**

*Technical Documentation: Job completion certificates, work orders, introduction letters, MSDS, Warranty letters, board of resolution, IPCA, ISO Certification, proposals, SOPs & relavant literatures.

**Other Skills - Required**
