Sales and Business Development:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the FMCG sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Customer Relationship Management:

- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Maintain accurate customer records and track sales performance.
- Territory Management:

- Plan and manage sales territories effectively.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned regions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Product Knowledge:

- Acquire a deep understanding of our raw peanut products and their benefits.
- Educate customers about our products and their unique selling points.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to customers.
- Supply Chain Management:

- Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock rotation.
- Resolve any supply chain issues that may arise. Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong understanding of the FMCG market and distribution channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
- A valid driver's license. Benefits:
